The first sign of a fire is smoke, and therefore the most widely used product in fire alarm systems is the smoke detector. The absorption coefficient of the smoke detectors model ZI-S 817 is within the standard allowable range and reacts quickly to all types of smoke (white and black smoke due to ignition of all materials). The basis of this detector is based on photoelectric signal processing. Smoke enters the detector chamber causing light emitted from the transmitter to reach the receiver and a fire alarm is made. The body of the detector is made of specialized heat-resistant ABS, which with a beautiful design, fits the architecture of buildings.

Two 360-degree LEDs show detector performance, with a green flash indicating normal operation and a solid red LED indicating fire status. On the back of the detector, enough space is provided for the entry of zone wires and the remote indicator, and this allows the installer to easily install the detector. In addition, double elevator contacts allow connections to be made as standard. Ambient noise, and in particular electromagnetic noise, is the most important cause of false alarms in fire alarm systems.

The software and hardware arrangements provided on the detector provide complete protection against these noises. F.A.P technology does not allow false alarms to occur at all. Reflector boxes and microprocessors are what give this feature to the detector. Therefore, we can have 100% confidence in the performance of the detector. Moisture and corrosive substances are one of the most unavoidable components of environmental conditions. The protective layer on the circuits and the chrome plating on the metal parts prevent corrosion and disturbance in the detector operation. The circuits used are two-layer metallic fiberglass and SMT technology has been used to assemble the components on the circuits.
